Your home reflects your distinct personality; as it should be. For selling, however, a house must appeal to a broad market if you want to sell quickly. Updating also puts your house in a position to sell at the higher end of its market.
Here are some statistics to help you better understand the value our clients receive with a Homes in Motion Update:

To use an old cliché: Don’t put the cart before the horse. Make sure all updates are completed before putting your house on the market

The Raleigh statistic above shows a house sitting on the market for 3-1/2 months with no offers. Once the condition of the house was corrected, the selling price increased and the seller received his asking price. The seller spent $8,000 in updates. The new asking price covered the $8,000 investment and made the seller an extra $6,100 in profit.

Consulting (for those requiring full service)
We set up an appointment with you to discuss your needs and goals. Be prepared to discuss preliminary budgeting concerns as well. We will then conduct a personalized home evaluation (PrehanceSM Evaluation). Each room in your house as well as your house’s exterior and your curb appeal will be reviewed. You will receive a detailed, written breakdown of our findings along with specific recommendations for paint colors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, curb appeal and any other items we believe will enhance your ability to sell quickly.
