Homes in Motion offers a personalized home evaluation (Prehance™ Evaluation) for the do-it-yourselfer.

Consulting (for those requiring full service)
We set up an appointment with you to discuss your needs and goals. Be prepared to discuss preliminary budgeting concerns as well. We will then conduct a personalized home evaluation (Prehance^SM Evaluation). Each room in your home as well as your home’s exterior and your curb appeal will be reviewed. You will receive a detailed, written breakdown of our findings along with specific recommendations for paint colors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, curb appeal and any other items we believe you should be made aware of.
                                                                                                                            
The next step is preparing an estimate of costs. Once the budgetary numbers are in place, we spend time with you discussing in detail our choices and associated costs. The budget is then finalized and after your approval, work is scheduled.
